These Terms & Conditions govern your use of silveroils.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of Ranch Poop Skin Cream and Ranch Poop Silver Spray (the “Products”) made by Gary Steel (Gary Skendzel) on the M Lazy 5 Cattle Ranch in Oelrichs, South Dakota, USA. By using the Site or buying our Products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site
   • You must be 18 or older.
   • Personal, non-commercial use only.
   • No copying, hacking, or bad behavior.

2. Ordering & Payment
   • We can accept, refuse, or cancel any order.
   • Prices are in USD + tax + shipping. We can change prices anytime.
   • You pay upfront via PayPal, Stripe, or whatever we offer.
   • We ship from Oelrichs, South Dakota. Once it hits the carrier, it’s yours.

3. Returns
   • 14 days from delivery for unused, unopened jars.
   • Email contact@silveroils.com to start a return.
   • You pay return shipping unless we messed up.
   • Refunds hit your card within 10 business days of us getting the jar back.

4. The Important Stuff About Our Products
   • Ranch Poop Skin Cream and Silver Spray are cosmetics for external use only.
   • Not FDA approved. We don’t claim they diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
   • Ingredients: colloidal silver (99.99 % pure), olive oil, beeswax, Epsom salt, juniper breeze essential oil, 2 % hydrogen peroxide, chlorine dioxide, and love.
   • Use at your own risk. Stop using if your skin gets mad and talk to a doctor.

5. Intellectual Property
   • Everything on this site (words, photos, the name “Ranch Poop”) belongs to us. Don’t steal it.

6. Liability
   • Products and Site are sold “as-is.”
   • Our total liability is capped at what you paid us for that jar.
   • We’re not responsible for Acts of God, blizzards, or runaway cattle.

7. Privacy
   • See our Privacy Policy (link in footer).

8. Governing Law
   • South Dakota law applies. Any fights go to court in South Dakota.

9. Changes
   • We can update these Terms anytime. Keep checking back.
